SPM Design offers extensive experience in commercial architectural projects. In 2006, SPM partnered with Rui Duarte Design, and together, through present and previous experience, working in architectural firms throughout RI and MA, we have over 30 years of experience in the architectural field.
SPM Design remains small in size, however is capable of delivering high quality design and documentation through the use of current design technology. We utilize current computer modeling and rendering software to quickly illustrate our design intent and allow you to visualize the complete design, make changes and reach final design approval quickly, before proceeding with construction documents. We believe our process and limited overhead can offer you substantial savings on architectural design fees.
We have experience in restaurant design, retail, office, medical office, and adaptive re-use projects. Our office projects vary from small office tenant-space build-outs to large, ground-up commercial office buildings.
We offer a varied level of design service – we will work with you to provide a level of drawings appropriate to your project and budget. We can provide a simple permit set of drawings for permit submittal, or extend our services to include interior design, product selection, custom detailing, specifications, LEED certification assistance, and construction administration assistance throughout the construction process.
